You have until the middle of January to complete your Open Enrollment materials. They must be postmarked by Wednesday, January 16, 2019 in order to guarantee an effective start date of February 1, 2019. 

If you do not return your packet (either on purpose or because you forget) then everything will remain the same. If you have coverage now, it will remain the same. If you do not have coverage now, you will remain that way.

Tiers of Medical Coverage

There are three tiers, or Levels, of medical insurance offered by Local 555. You are eligible for one Level at a time, based on how long you’ve been employed under the union contract. Level 3 is the most comprehensive option. If you’re not sure of your Level, call the Trust office at 866-796-7623 to ask.
