UPDATE – The timeline for tomorrow’s testimony has changed, with Dan Clay giving testimony in the FTC trial either first or second in the morning. He will still be giving a statement tomorrow after he is done testifying, it may just be earlier than expected.
Portland, Oregon – Be advised that Dan Clay, the President of UFCW Local 555, will give a statement and take questions following his testimony in the FTC Hearing on Fred Meyer/Albertsons Merger, on Wednesday, August 28th, 2024.
Dan Clay is set to testify in the FTC Lawsuit at approximately 10:45am. Following his testimony, he will give a statement, and answer questions across the street from the Mark O. Hatfield United States Courthouse (1000 SW 3rd Ave, Portland, Oregon) in the park on the corner of Salmon and 3rd Street.
