If you worked at a Fred Meyer or QFC store in Oregon between September 24, 2022, and September 30, 2023, you are part of a class action settlement as a result of payroll errors. You will be getting a payment, but you may be owed much more!
If you worked at a Fred Meyer or QFC in Oregon between September 24, 2022, and September 30, 2023, you will get a guaranteed $50 to $100. However, you may be entitled to up to $500 total if you believe your paychecks had errors! Check for incorrect hours, pay rates, or late payments. If you even suspect that your pay might have been incorrect, file a claim!
If you worked at an Oregon Fred Meyer or QFC during the affected period you will automatically receive a payment of approximately $50 to $100. This is guaranteed – you do not need to file a claim to receive this.
If you had 1 or more paycheck with the wrong rate of pay or wrong number of hours, file a claim.
If you had 1 or more paycheck that was late, file a claim.
You must file by April 16th, either online through the claims administrator’s website – or by mail. Simply list the dates of incorrect paychecks or pay periods. No proof needed, the burden is on your employer!
