Oregon – UFCW 555’s member led bargaining committee, representing Roth’s Fresh Market employees, announced this evening that a tentative agreement has been reached with the employer, thereby averting the previously announced strike.
This fully recommended settlement not only provides substantial wage increases and enhanced benefits but also affirms the profound and indispensable role that Roth’s workers play within the community.
Union members will have the opportunity to review the full offer, ask questions about the offer or the bargaining process, and vote on the settlement in meetings to be scheduled in the coming weeks.
