Bargaining Update - McCain Foods: Tentative Agreement Reached

On Tuesday May 6th, your Bargaining Committee reached a tentative agreement with representatives from McCain Foods for all bargaining unit employees at McCain Foods.

The parties were able to reach a Fully Recommended Settlement Agreement that will provide wage increases, as well as improvements to the drafting process, additional time off work, and additional improvements to other terms of the Agreement.

We have always maintained that the dedicated workforce of McCain Foods, you the union members, are the true strength of this company. This fully recommended settlement agreement highlights your essential role and provides a secure path forward for you, your families, and the Burley community.

The union movement is about workers working together to improve their lives. When we work together, we win better lives for all of us.

A vote on the Fully Recommended Settlement Agreement will be scheduled soon, where Union Members can read, ask questions, and vote on the agreement.

If you have any questions, please reach out to your Union Representative.
