On June 10th and 11th, your Bargaining Committee met with Albertsons representatives for our sixth bargaining session.
During this session the company failed to make any meaningful movement that would make a difference to you or your family’s lives. The company’s spokesperson continues to disrespect you and your coworkers. A clear example is the claim that a weekly guarantee of hours is not necessary because some employees limit their availability. It is clear that she is trying to withhold medical benefits for employees. Your bargaining committee is outraged. Further, she continues to deny first day sick pay claiming employees will abuse their sick time, which is a clear indicator of how the company views the integrity of employees working in Idaho and Jackson Wyoming.
Your bargaining committee remains completely committed to winning the wage increases and benefits you deserve as employees of this profitable corporation. If you have not signed up to be an active Union member, please contact your Union Representative and join with us to fight for better lives for all. Together we win!

Your employer has violated the National Labor Relations Act. We have filed an Unfair Labor Practice charge with the National Labor Relations Board and will be holding a ULP strike authorization vote.
